NDIS Social & Community Care | Lifest Healthcare | NDIS Provider in Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast

At Lifest HealthCare, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to engage with their community, take part in meaningful activities, and live life to the fullest. NDIS community access refers to support services that help National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants connect with their community and participate in activities that promote independence, social inclusion, and wellbeing. Our community participation services provide assistance with attending medical appointments, shopping, joining social or recreational activities, or exploring new hobbies. Whatever your goals, Lifest HealthCare is here to support you in getting out and about.

Our goal is to help NDIS participants across the Greater Brisbane and Moreton Bay regions build confidence, develop independence, and enjoy all the opportunities the community has to offer.
