Disability Support Worker / AIN / EN

Lifest HealthCare have an exciting job opportunity in providing care to a NDIS participant with complex physical and mental health needs. This role requires you to work in a 2:1 ratio – 2 staff to one participant.

This position involves cares like bowel management, medications administrations (S4/S8), PEG feeding, and manual handling tasks: showering, hoist transfer, wheelchair transfer and personal care. Additionally, you will demonstrate knowledge and experience with the use of restrictive practices and complex behaviours. You will receive training by a Registered Nurse with the above cares.
