Lifest is pleased to share with you all our Shine Community Centre, located in Crestmead QLD. Here at Lifest, we believe that life amounts to much more than just the serious stuff. Life involves the simple joys of coming together, finding a safe space, and growing at individuals. And our community centre is just that!
Our Shine Community Centre operates Monday to Friday by our wonderful activities committee, holding a wide range of activities and celebrating special occasions. All of our activities are scheduled to promote learning – through practical skills, social skills, and confidence building.
Throughout the week our participants are able to meet new individuals, build strong relationships, learn new skills, and most importantly have fun.
Some fun activities you will expect to see regularly are:

– Dancing Workshops
– Culinary Workshops – Cooking, meal preparation, nutrition education and safe food handling
