Lifest HealthcareServices

As a registered NDIS service and disability support services provider, we offer our services to people across all age groups and disabilities, helping them rebuild and live fuller lives. In doing so, we meet them where they are at and support them through their journey. Some of the issues that we help overcome are social isolation and disconnection from the community, hospital and prison discharge delays due to housing shortages, lack of appropriate housing and flexible living solutions, specialised disability accommodation appropriate buildings for supported independent living, transitional housing for prison release, flexible living arrangements on flexible rental agreements, addressing complex care gaps for participants and high needs (high intensity nursing care), life skill programs to build independence, flexible living and transitional housing, catering to family frustrations by inconsistent or poor provider experiences, and more.

We offer a variety of flexible services enabling individuals and their families to customise their care requirements to their fluctuating needs. At Lifest Healthcare, we believe care isn’t a service; it’s a partnership, a commitment towards celebrating life and good health.
